Great coffee and friendly staff. Feels more relaxed than Costa and better coffee and much better range of cakes etc

why oh why can't there be enough staff...come on owners, you have what 4 shops now, as a retired cafe owner not far from coffee #1...my biggest bug bear was uncleared tables...it's a constant here always...the lady in charge is a credit, she's goes then you're in trouble. .be proactive owners and dont sit on your laurels. ..had a pot of tea given me today, no saucer, no spoon, no milk.....I had to ask.....extra staff at lunchtime would help too.....
Always love coming here for a cheeky coffee and also treated ourselves to a toasted tea cake today. Lovely staff always have a smile when you enter. Costa who? Coffee #1 all the way.
Best coffee, super cozy here and the waitress Gabriella is an amazing person.If you like to relax or read a book in peace, that will be the right place for you. The food is delicious Kind, friendly and super helpful staff
