As a retired Dental professional I have to say for any nervous patients Kate ( dentist ) is fantastic. Very gentle and caring ( I am like a child in the chair ) .Her, and her nurse work really well together. Standards in many area of public service are not what they used to be, however Kate and her nurse gave me the same kind of care I hope my dentist and I gave our patients 20 + years ago. Waqas is a great dentist. I take my 4 year old along with me and he is always on time, very attentive and always explains exactly what's going to happen. 5 stars in my opinion.
Paulina and Amy are a perfect team. Visiting the dentist is certainly not my favourite pastime, but these two make it easy. I have spent a fair bit of time with them lately and any questions I have are always answered honestly and in a way that I can understand, so I'm as relaxed as possible during treatment. I seem to talk more when I'm nervous, but I never get the impression that I am holding them up or over-running my allotted session. Top marks in all departments!
Fantastic experience with both Paulina and Amy. I switched to this surgery as I have always used a private dentist in Southampton, but the travel on a Saturday morning to central Southampton is not easy from Bournemouth. I have to say the service and quality of treatment is amazing. I cracked a tooth and half fell out eventually and I needed my first filling and Paulina did an amazing job, so much so you can't even tell it is a filling. Today I went back for a scale and polish to brighten up my smile and again the treatment was fast and with great results. Highly recommend this surgery and both Paulina/Amy
I come to the dentist regularly with all my children and was greeted by Rachel, Amy and Debbie all smiling and friendly, making myself and my children feel at ease. The dentist also made us all feel comfortable with her caring attitude. Overall this is the best dentist I have used in a long time, we look forward to our next visit.
