An absolutely huge range of wines and far superior to any supermarket. They are there to help with questions and suggestions. You dont get that in a Local or Express kind of supermarket. Its ridiculous that someone gives a one star review and says a wine shop only wants to sell wine.

A delightful and friendly shop. Every time I've visited the owners have been warm and helpful, despite my knowledge and descriptions of the wines I like being more than lacking they are always patient and make sure you leave with something you'll love, they clearly care a great deal about what they do.
Just been in to this merchant for the 2nd time. Received exactly the same horrible, arrogant response as last time. The staff are only interested in selling some wine! Sorry got this wrong. If they were interested I would not have received such horrible treatment. Avoid them like the plague. You will get far better service at SainsburysWhile they do not have such a wide range of wine as at Haywood Wines they have quite a good selection. Guess where I will be buying my wine in future.Even the one star is being too generous. Not sure how to cancel it though!
