Visited Bournecoast to investigate the rental of an apartment in the Bournemouth area. We were met by Stephanie Ballet, who was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. As a result and after viewing two properties with Stephanie, we decided to rent an apartment with Bournecoast rather than another estate agent as their service and support seemed professional.We have been very happy with our decision.Subsequently a few relatively minor issues with the apartment have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by Bournecoast staff.
